Finance Trainee

 

We offer 3 months traineeship with an option to extend it further if business needs will require. At Corning you will be able to take part in the every-day work of our shared services center, get familiar with our complex processes and attain the bases of financial practices.

Job Summary:

The Trainee supports the company’s efforts of analyzing, managing and mitigating the credit risk in the Europe, Africa, Middle East region, by performing the following tasks:

  • Credit report ordering and monitoring in credit evaluation system
  • Monitoring customers’ payment history in multiple ERP systems
  • Supporting customers’ annual credit review file preparation in multiple ERP systems
  • Supporting customers’ credit limit uploading in multiple ERP systems
  • Supporting preparation of customers’ credit review
  • Offering a valuable insight into the credit risk management  of an American multinational company having a global footprint

 

Education:

Ongoing or finished studies at a University or College (International Business, Finance and Accounting or Economics)

Required Skills:

  • English knowledge
  • Affinity for analytics, credit management
  • Good Computer literacy in Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to manage 20 hours’ work week
